  Moose 15, Lapoleon 20, Howie 15. Make sure to work both sides but it is necessary to clear one side of to the bottom with Howie's bomb to clear time bombs. Then immediately follow with Lapoleon's AE to clear the time bombs. Use Moose's bombs to clear paths and take out green boxes.

  Yes I finally beat it, you have to do 2 things block the slimer and if you utilize Howie's UpDown power. If you can line up the blue bulb and then get the arrow just below it to go off you'll get 2 bulbs out of that hit and another above or below.

  You're talking about the Chinese New Year, right? Did you complete level 13 of Howie's quest?
  If yes, can you give me any hints/ tips how to beat that & level 15 please?
  Stuck on level 13 for more than 2 weeks :(

  Stuck on Chinese New Year Howie's Quest Level 13 Gift of Slime

  No matter what I do (increased Howie to level 20 & 850 power) I can't collect ALL oval gems. :(

  Keep playing until you get it to work out main thing.
  Work to get rid of slime IF possible while collecting the balls. Also, play this level/ others to collect meteorites to bumb up/ evolve Howie's level & power. (My game, Howie's at 19 & 800)

  FYI This level took me a while but finally got it. Level 13 is WORSE so… good luck!

  I'm presently stuck on Chinese New Year Howie's Quest level 13 :( That's HARD

  You really just have to keep playing until you get the right combinations. For level 12, collect as many blue gems to get horizontal blue arrows. Then use it to release the yellow meteorites from the crates- probably only way.

  If you get enough blue to get a 3rd arrow, you can hit the slime producing mouth to get more time without more slime.

  Howie's info site is when you go to the character howie (he is the first water character you unlock) and you click the little i that stands for info, once clicked the sticker will appear! Hope this helped, if you are stuck on any sticker tell me I'll try to help you with description!
