What you want to do for this level is swap three pairs of arrow jewels. I'm not sure if there is an official name for them, but they look like the logical biconditional symbol . They don't have to match in color or orientation. The level actually starts you off with a pair which you can swap immediately, so that you only have to really "work" for two more pairs.

In order to send energy requests you have to be on the map screen and run out of energy. It will then ask when you click on the level if you want to send an energy request to a friend. It will show all your game friends and you pick the one or more friends that you wish to get energy from. Hope this helps
