  In order to level up, you need to add more flowers. How many more flowers is shown next to the flower icon. Flower can come from buying decoration, upgrading buildings, renovating landmarks, and some of Jack's deliveries. If you buy decoration, you must wait for the construction to complete before the flowers will count.

  I'm at caught up with developers at level 855 and have similar problems, 2 out of 3 of Jack's deliveries require less than 55 materials, even though I have plenty of all materials to give for greater deliveries. Just random, I guess. Maybe email them [email protected]

  Building materials are obtained from playing scenes (suitcases that you get after you finish a scene) and from opening star boxes. If you have all the material necessary for multiple routes, consider which one will help you in the game more. If you have buildings that are still upgrading and need the materials, the game developers advise that you complete the buildings before you use them for Jack's deliveries.

  I am way past chapter 6 and do not have Jack's Deliveries. How can I get that?
