Make sure you have two story clues from scene 455, completed the Adventure scene at the end of that chapter, and have the required Flowers to open level 456. If you still can't start the scene and your game is connected to Facebook so that progress is saved, try updating/reinstalling the game. If still not working, contact customer support through the Help button in the game settings (green gear icon),

I counted my keys carefully for about 90 keys, and the accounting was accurate. Not sure why your game is not behaving correctly. Other than taking screenshots and sending them to customer support and reinstalling the game, I have no other advice. Try again, maybe someone else in customer support may be more helpful.

Welcome, Mary! The players on the Leaderboard and on your boat are assigned by Wooga developers, except for Jack, who is a game rep. Developers say they try to match similar players, and I can only guess that means same operating system and/or same country and/or similar game start time. If you were on Facebook, you can add Facebook (FB) friends and they should appear on your boat, and if they have reached the same level as you (or beyond), they'd also appear on your Leaderboard. Since you are about to switch devices, I believe that the only way you can recover the game on your new device is to connect to FB before your transfer, which saves the game progress through FB. Once on the new device, install the game, and connect to FB and it will ask if you if want to continue your old game. Just to be safe, write down you game ID, which appears in the bottom left corner of your game as it loads and also appears if you click on the game settings (green gear icon). This will help if you need customer support help. BTW, saving through FB is a good backup, in case something happens to your game or device. It also allows you to play the same game through multiple devices. For instance I play the same game on PC and Kindle and Android.

Louise, if your game was connect through Facebook, you should be able to resume you game progress when you install the game and connect back to Facebook. If you have any trouble, contact support at Wooga.com or through the help button in your game. Best to have your old game ID ready.

It's not supposed to change. But recently, there have been a lot of updates to fix glitches, to add decor, to install the new wanted ad section. So I suspect your game got caught in one of those update wormholes. If it still keeps happening, you can contact Wooga support at Wooga.com. I've been told they are quite responsive.

As you know, one may earn coins by replaying old scenes, collecting from buildings frequently, and doing daily lighthouse restoration. If you don't spend real money on the game then it's possible for level progression to get stalled for a few days.

Do you play through Facebook? Try deleting the game from Facebook and reinstalling it. If that doesn't work, I'd suggest talking to customer support. https://wooga.helpshift.com/a/june-s-journey/?p=web
