    I have not had that problem. I would try contacting Wooga through the Help button, under the Settings widget (gear icon) upper right corner. It can take a while, but they should be able to restore your game. It is even more helpful if you have your user ID, but they should be able to help without it. Sorry this happened.

    To know your user ID, go to" Settings" and under the "Help" button you will see it. It's a combination of numbers and letter, and unique to you. The usernames aren't unique. Other players can be named with the same name.You can also see your user ID, when you are logging to the game. It's on the bottom left. My advice for everyone is to take a screenshot of your user ID and put a copy on another device (a computer, for example), write it somewhere or like the president of my club did, e-mail it to herself.

    My phone died last year, I contacted Wooga via e-mail and tthese were the instructions that I followed to recover my game (don't have a Facebook acct). Install the game on the device that you want to play..You will have a new name and a game beginning from the start. Go to the" Settings"section (gear green button). Tap the "Help" green button. You will see a set of questions on the left. On the top right, you will see a search icon and a "chat" symbol (like a word balloon). Tap the chat and a chat will appear and you write what's your problem. They will ask you for your user ID (not your player name). Once you send the information (and you can attach screenshots, etc), after maybe 24 hours, when you enter again the game, you will have your old game restored.

    If you played on pc via Facebook, go to https://www.facebook.com/JunesJourney/ and tap/click on "play game". If you played on a mobile device and the game was connected to Facebook or iCloud, go to your app store, find and install June's Journey and connect to Facebook/iCloud to resume the game in progress. If the game was not previously connected to Facebook/iCloud, then contact customer support at https://wooga.helpshift.com/hc/en/27-june-s-journey/contact-us/ and provide your game user ID, game level, island name. and evidence of previously paid in-game purchases. Good luck.

    You have to contact them. You can use the "help" button in the game settings (green gear icon). Have your game user ID and purchase details ready.

    I read there may be a glitch with the club search bar. Contact customer support for assistance. Go to your game settings (green gear icon) to find the "help" button and provide your user ID which is written below the "help."
