Unfortunately, the other game( which is still part of the team) no longer exists. Wooga informed me that if an account go without activity it will be deleted in about a month. I’ll keep checking to see if that happens. Thanks for the suggestion.

I'm also locked out of the account on my iphone. I tried clearing cache, restarting wifi, turning the phone off.... I even deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times. It just won't open. My Android device opens the app fine though.
