June's Journey: Hidden Objects
Laid back and friendly team (with the odd competitive streak in R5/6) seeks 2 more players!
Club name: Drinks And Bushes Only
Meeting time: PDT/PST 7am. (Secondary 4pm slot to accommodate some member who moved to NZ).
Play style: Mixed = Social with occasional competitive pushes (usually R5/6)
Generally a laid back club that consistently gets Ace - with just 13 members.
Vacancy: 2 slots open
Requirements: Attend our main meeting at 7am PDT, serve at least 1 coffee & do some bush exchanges (any pairing is between individuals).
Ability to contribute 3.5k ribbons per round (about 500 daily average) when we are in competitive mode preferred (inclusive of ribbons from drinks).
Communications: Discord channel available but not compulsory (not all members uses it).
Others: Quite a few of our members have active lives so we do have people who take off here & there. So we understand that real life comes first. Just let the team know in advance. Hence the quest to fill up the team to share the load.

As Ms. Tearius points out "The theory is you edit your meeting time". But I was unable to do so, and the other Ofiicers etc were unable to do so. And Wooga was absolutely no help, as usual. Again, setting our time to 6pm resulted in 6pm, but setting our time to 7pm resulted in 8pm! So the question remained unanswered by Wooga tech support, how do I set our meeting time back to 7pm????? And, why did they say they properly adjusted things to daylight savings time, when they incorrectly adjusted things, hence my need to correct. Still have not found a single competent support person at Wooga.

The theory is that you "edit" the time in your club description to the time you want your club to meet and click "save". The time shown in the chatroom, however, takes a few days to actually reflect changes. Better just to pin an announcement in the chatroom to disregard the chatroom and post the actual time you want them to meet. Comp times are not based on your meeting time; they start at the same for all teams worldwide, 01:00 UTC. But if your meeting time is at exactly 01:00 UTC and you turn your clock back 1 hour, then you will fall below the threshold and comps will start the following day instead.

I have had similar issues and have contacted Wooga tech “support” four times thus far. They are absolutely zero help. First they goof our meeting time, then they blame me for changing it, but I didn’t change it, they did. Then I tried to adjust it. Our mtg time is 7:00pm, but Wooga changed it to 6:00pm. So I go in and set it to 7:00pm and it gets set to 8:00pm. I tried setting it to 6:00pm and it gets set to 6:00pm. So 6 sets it to 6, but 7 sets it to 8. I asked how do I set it to 7? After blaming me, and giving me a useless treatise of daylight savings, they told me to set it to 7:00pm. DUH! Wooga “support” is absolutely useless!

Or use the in-game help. On your main Island page, click the settings icon (the gear icon) in the upper right hand corner. Then click the “help” button. Then, click the “chat bubble” toward the top right corner. Type your question. Wooga will provide a bunch of useless articles, so click “it didn’t do the trick”. This will submit the question and some Wooga chat-bot will respond to you with the same useless garbage they fed to me.
Sorry for the negative commentary, but “support” is anything but helpful.

Melody, I believe drinks reset at the same time for everyone, once per day, and you can serve up to five drinks, each drink can be served at any time throughout the day. For myself, our meeting time is (7:00PM EDT) 23:00 UTC and our drinks reset 10 hours later at 09:00 UTC the following morning. (09:00 UTC exactly coincides with the end of the Detective League.) When you go to serve a drink, it will display a time when the drinks reset (next daily special)

+PrtScn. The file is saved to the Screenshots folder in your Pictures folder. You can also us the Snipping Tool which is available in all versions of Windows Vista, 7, and 8 except the Starter and Basic editions.
