  I’ve been going back and forth with Wooga support since mid-January. Their final response was to sign up again. I did and received the February 1st newsletter. We’ll see how it goes. I was hoping to see one once a week

  The huggable teddy bear came in a newsletter this morning. One of my accounts received the newsletter, the other hasn't yet, so they must still be sending it out (Wooga staggers the newsletter delivery).

  Renee, the "Unbearably Cute" decoration came to my e-mail, not Facebook. I haven't seen any gifts given out daily, lately. I get a newsletter to my e-mail every 4 days or so, containing gifts, but this is not predictable.

  I have never recieved any "Newsletters" or " Rewards" whenever Wooga asks for my email to sign up for them? In fact, I'm logged in with FB and have all notifications clicked and still do not get all of my "Notifications"? Since Playtika took over Wooga. I've been playing JJ since Jan. 2018 with the same game ID and they messaged me a year ago stating I've been with them 3 years! Rediculous!
  I believe they're getting the email addresses to sell to 3rd party advertisers
