Have you tried using recharge coupons to get toad boxes then open the toad boxes or snake or dog or whatever depending on ur team them go to ur fragments and get 99 fragments for whatever one u want then go to summon beast at the bottom of the main page then train them using more fragments or uograde them with gold then go to ur character i want to equip it on u should see a little box next to then u click on it then add tge summon beast ur cp should go up by loads if u pick the right ones and have enough for each character in ur team

Also once you get to lvl 18 you wont get Hinata fragments until lvl 32

Common dungeon 15-12 for hanzo fragments (drops 2 at a time) and dungeon 22-2 i think for mifune (only drops 1 at a time)

You'll Get Kakashi fragments in dungeon 13-8 and in trial 3 (kisame trial)

personally if I were you playing for free I would definitely go for the three sannin and team 7 combo best free to play team setup until future you get 100 mystical train exchange for hinata naruto combo card and 30 mystical train certificate for garaa and naruto combo but for now I would go for the three sannin and team 7 you can get the three sannin by doing the even dungeon "the challenge trial" and doing it three times a day get fragments slowly but youll get there soon

The blue trial, the one trial that comes out like every other day, and cost 70 stamina, give some you 60 fragments which is enough for 1 snake, I would recommend you do that since you would also get oro tsu and jur fragments

Never mind, I found out the Trial dungeon Athanasia Trial has the possibility Manda fragments x 15 in case anyone else wanted to know.
