Kisame: Has multiple ways of defeating Konan, especially when he goes into the giant vortex like he did with Bee, seeped in water you're not going anywhere and she is human so she'd drown eventually.
Itachi: what do you mean eye jutsu doesn't work on her? Notice how Obito put her in genjutsu before choking her out? Itachi is the master of Sharingan so his Tsukoyomi is miles beyond Obito's so she would be beaten pretty fast.

For further thoughts and points uh no when people are dying they don't think about them self dying, it's called human instint when your body's adrenaline has taken over to save your life. People don't just say hey I'm dead so let's think about it, they do anything to survive, read a book or go to school. Hey if Konan was so strong then why didn't Kabuto bother to summon her for the war, because she was a half rate character that had little to no screen time and she was weak.
