Very disappointed with Paradise Bay this year. I have spent hundreds of dollars over the years on this game and now they want to force pay to finish quest. Nothing like a slap in the face for the holidays. May be time to bid the Island a permanent farewell.

Always have something being made: before you go to bed at night, make items that have a longer queue - like digging for gold or making a compass. You should always be manufacturing the basics: fish nets, baskets, and backpacks. Then have your raw materials ready to manufacturer per your trade post requests. Save up your trade posts and boat orders for Tradefest, and get through those levels quicker!

This is a total waste of time unless you've got ages and ages to waste answering question after question after question and you STILL don't get the damn hacks!! I've now spent nearly an hour in the (vain) hope of being able to generate the hacks and I've now given up in total frustration. I've gone from page to page and it's never enough and I feel that they should do the decent thing and warn potential users that they will need a lot of time and patience and then there's no guarantee WHATSOEVER of being able to access the hacks. 0/10 from me!! Oh and be careful if you enter your mobile number as, maybe without being aware and especially if you don't read the (very small) print, you will be entering into a £4.50 a week SMS subscription service, a lot of money if you don't have much in the first place.

The last spot on the trading post is a special slot so it doesn't always have an order request. It is random as far as I can tell as to when an islander makes a new request. Hope that helps!

Have you got Carl's island? You use your map pieces to get special gold map pieces and you get a prize at the end of that. After that you can sell at Wesley's any map pieces you collect from your dock trades - they're worth between 319 and 462 gold coins! Or, if you don't want to complete Carl's quest, you could sell some now and keep some - I'm sure there will be other islands down the line.

You remove the trees by using an axe. You can earn an axe by opening a treasure chest to fulfill a boat request or to buy the at the bazaar with pink stars.

Some items you have to wait until you reach a certain relationship level with Clara, Sita or whoever it requires. That happened to me and I read the info in the settings (upper left gear you tap on) and it answered almost all of my questions. Warning...it's like a manual!!! Hope you like to read!

Oh, and I'm at level 31 or 32, and I haven't had any requests for a gold skeleton key. It's unlocked in the bazaar. I just have to buy it. Donno what happens if I buy it before it unlocks.
