    #1 HOUSE:
Once you pick out a lot cut down trees to build it.

    #2 PAYING TO FIX PROJECTS:
First you fix the pond, then bridge, (you'll open the other side of town) then dock by water, then caves, then stones by other pond. (You'll need to do it in this order)

    #3 MOVE PEOPLE IN:
You'll need to buy things from your mayors office and plant extra food. (EXAMPLE: I have 9 people and 30 days of food)

    #4 TIPS:
*Save your money at the start for tools.
*Wait till after you've opened bridge to donate your findings to the museum. (Make sure you do though because it will affect your towns beauty.
*You'll get more and more money the longer you play.
*Biggest thing at the beginning is cutting down trees, doing the projects, giving to town's people.
*I know gems and things are your money makers in the beginning and hard to let go of, but I recommend filling each town's person's request. Everytime you give something away they give something in return which in the beginning is usually worth more than what you gave.
*Make sure to plant flowers. You only can buy them once a day so get them, plant them & water them to help keep town beauty up.
*Once you are later into the game make sure to donate as much as you can to the museum. It also helps keep up your town's beauty.
*Once later in the game start buying mutation liquid to put on your plants to change them into extra food source-also can be turned into museum as new plants. ¤¤¤ You'll need t fertilize each for them to be edible to your town's foke (NOT pollen concentrate-this only makes plants sparkle and is useless money & museum wise)
*Demolition is for mayor office buys so you can delete them.

    #5 HOW TO:

    ¤GET MONEY¤
Sell gifts from your people, food, gems, insects, tools
    ¤ENFORCING ORDNANCE¤
Make sure you pay early in the game to get your ordnance (mayors office at desk) this will force your people to help keep town clean, work on projects, stores to stay open later or open early (NOTE: YOU MAY ONLY HAVE ONE OR THE OTHER STORE HOURS SO DO NOT WASTE MONEY TRYING TO GET THEM BOTH)
¤BEST WAY TO TALK TO YOUR PEOPLE¤
Wait till you've started them on a project and they will all gather in a group, they will be there all day so you'll be able to find what they want and know exactly where they are when you have
    ¤TOOLS¤
Once you get far enough into the game you'll be able to buy golden tools. I bought mine at maybe my 3rd, 4th mayor and I've had them ever since. It's worth spending the money because it saves money in the long run (except for nets and water buckets, I still have my originals from way early in the game and use them so much. So, if you still have your originals by golden tool time don't waste money on those two)
    ¤ADOPTION¤
In the mayors office at the desk you'll see adoption. Each new mayor you get you'll need to pay $200 for a new kid. I recommend a speedy one, charm makes no difference that I've found.

    #6 EXTRAS:
*Having extra food your assistant in office will give you gifts every so often.
*Cutting grass & digging the dirt spots will give you flowers, tools, food & money. (In starting stages I recommend cutting grass before buying the extra tools you'll need because chances are it will be given to you)
*After fixing pond you'll be able to catch dragonflies near it.
*After fixing the bridge a second part of town will open.
*After fixing the dock by water you'll get visitors with rare plants and other things.
*After clearing the caves use your ax to hit each stone and everyday it will give out expensive new &/or rare stones.
*After the stones- I'll get back to you on that.

Not so far, any statues just help increase town beauty which does help in getting more residents.

Once you lose someone that person is gone forever. You have to get your beauty back to green and someone new will move in in their place

Whenever you do something that improves your town's health (picking up trash, donating things to the museum, cutting weeds, gardening, completing town projects), you will hear a sound indicating that your town's beauty percentage is going up.

I've made it to 100% beauty several times, and that was without finishing the stone circle or the beach and I had weeds all over the place. The key for me seems to be rare plants. Use mutation formula whenever you can afford it.

I reached 100% today, and absolutely nothing special happened (not even a hearty "congratulations") because of it. I still have 2 projects unfinished (the stonehenge dealy and the beach), and my museum is still incomplete, so I'm not sure what clenched it for me. The thing that seems to really raise my beauty percentage is planting lots of rare plants in the botanical garden. When I crossbreed, my rare plants usually end up dead, so I find a fully grown plant, use 4 star fertilizer, and then mutation liquid. Try mutating a rare plant from time to time for an even more rare plant. Usually it will just turn back into a regular plant, but sometimes you get a nice surprise (just ALWAYS be sure to fertilize it first!)
