  first download these four apps from this link

  https://archive.org/download/GooglePlayServices4.4.521174655036

  then download them in this order

  1.Google Services Framework
  2.Google Play Services
  3.Google Account Manager
  4.Google Play Store

  do not install until you download es file explorer.

  now you install them in the order provided above. update google play, then restart your kindle.

  (note: this is also how to mod wolf online on a kindle.)
