I am missing 18 of the 20 secrets ( it says to 20 are located on Secret Island ,however Secret Island is completed so i cant lo ate any more sesrets) to complete the .cannon .
So where can I get the secrets .... now that my Secret Island has been completed?

Let's simplify for the simple minded. The simple question is: how cand i find the ship in secret island if you forgot to put it in storage before mad island is gone and you travel to the next island and mad island goes away????

u have to finish the first lot of new quests to get the ship in ur storage then put ship on secret island and build ship then u can travel to troy island :) hope that helps!

You find the ship on Mad Island and the put it into storage. From storage set it up on the Secret Island.
