I'm stuck on building the mega obelisk -- I've tried looking for upgrades on every type of obelisk/ crystalisk, checking the build menu, even trying to merge obelisks in various configurations. I'm stumped! Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The crystalisk will also decrease the time it takes to produce DNA or Gold if placed next to there respective structures. Although, with a smaller radius I haven't found a practical use for it because I don't have enough to envelop all of my living quarters or mines.

My most hated glitch is the one where if you try to reject placing a glif/crystalisk from the spin, her animation for ending the spin loops while spinning and the city won't load when you exit the spin.

Mercy on the xenon! Thank the programmers for glifs. I have my village about 144 OoA around my ~70+ large houses. That doesn't even include the 48 crystalisks inside the formation and a core of 4 regular obelisks all boosting my houses so I can collect about enough DNA to enhance a Savant to a Yeti every 2-3 minutes. I'm at 125 Yeti and a little over 600 savants. because of the story, I'm kind of scared to go on before about half my population is Yeti.

The higher the level of your worker, the faster they mine gold. So upgrading to minotaurs and savants will speed things up. Also, placing as many obelisks of Aswan near the mines will also speed things up. Regular obelisks will also work, but they take up a building allotment. Crystalisks are good, too. Doing research and upgrading to borehole mines will speed things up and also make the mines unlimited. Obelisks of Aswan also increase PD production in temples and DNA in houses. They also will help refill an oasis more quickly.

Its randomized, however the payout for spinning should provide you with plenty of swag. I would say roughly every 30-50 spins would yield a crystalisk with lots of useful prizes in between.

Finally upgraded my palace but it only netted me 3 more mines. Seemed a waste but it will pay off eventually. I also spent like 200k on iridium sieves on obelisks and to reposition the mines so they maximize my Aswans and crystalisks. Then spun the wheel like 30 times. Wasn't worth it this time(should I even bother aside from the free spins?). Bought some more crucibles(4 total), another temple, and another library. Everyone I have working is either a Minotaur or Savant, and one yeti. Not worried about building anything new yet and will upgrade more workers when it comes time for the second pyramid. I also splurged on some decorations and redid my layout a bit just so it looks like an actual city. Just gonna start collecting for days I guess.
