  You just have to keep playing that scene until the chocolate frog is given to you in the list of items to find. In your case, it will have to be given to you 3 separate times.

  I'm trying to complete the beast quest "find 1 of the chocolate frog hidden objects in the Leaky Couldron" what does that mean? Thanks.

  You have to have the chocolate frog as one of the options to find. So if you need 3 it would need to be 3 separate times. I got lucky and only had one.

  I got it. You have to play the Leaky Cualdron part three times simultaneously. After every game, click continue until you have done playing it three times.You will complete the quest even without having to click the chocolate frog. Check the task to see if you have completed it after.
