We are on the last week of Detective League and our team is on the 6th position. I don't think we'll make Sherlock. So, the question is: do we still get the all of the Ace prizes? Does it matter where you are between position 4 and 10 to receive the Ace prizes or do you only get the compasses pictured next to your team's name?

If your team actively played the first 4 weeks of the current Detective League (DL) with the reasonable expectation that you would be allowed to compete to the end of this 6-week tournament, only to then be selectively saddled with Memoirs Help Wanted (HW) cases at Week 5, you are a victim of both FRAUD & EXTORTION under U.S. cyber laws. The Memoirs HW tasks can only be completed in a TIMELY MANNER, a key requirement to succeed in the DL, by PAYING REAL MONEY to Wooga/Playtika. If you spent time, in-game resources, &/or actual money to compete in the DL over the past 4 weeks, but have now been hit with this extortion scam, DO file a complaint with the Federal Bureau of Investigation Cyber Division:1-202-324-3000 (or toll-free at 1-800-225-5324) or online at fbi.gov or tips.fbi.gov. Additionally, file a complaint online at ic3.gov, the Internet Crime Complaint Center, which specifically investigates Internet fraud.

    Ms. Tearius
Would you please repost your team strategy for winning detective league? It was very informative…
I remember something about going slow, or barely playing some weeks.
I would love to share with my team.
    Thanks in advance,
    Cindy D

We currently have a team that sat dormant at the bottom of the standings until 1 1/2 days before the Detective League ends. Then they (all 11 of the minimal level players) added 1,000,000 in two hours time. Then again just a few hours ago, they repeated the scoring by adding another 1,000,000+ in less tan a two hour time period. Screenshots documenting the absurd scoring, but they do nothing. The cheater team went from 10th to 1st with 11 players who "played" for less than 4 hours total.

I think the recruitment posts primarily appear between Detective Leagues. Perhaps you are on to something. Wonder if there would be a way to have a separate "Recruitment Posts" page?

For detective league to get ribbons at the end if you win do you have to contribute at least ten during the game…in the game? We came in first this week. Ended 11/19…I did not get ribbons…we were so far ahead I played for badges and other items?

Yes, most can actually wait part way into Tuesday. Once your team has finished the event, enter the Club Mysteries event as normal (do not hit "claim rewards" unless you intend to) and you will see a red countdown timer listing the time remaining in which you can collect your final rewards. Whether you collect immediately or wait would depend on your team's current Detective League status and whether you need the points this week or if they would be more beneficial next week, or even a split of both.

Melody, I believe drinks reset at the same time for everyone, once per day, and you can serve up to five drinks, each drink can be served at any time throughout the day. For myself, our meeting time is (7:00PM EDT) 23:00 UTC and our drinks reset 10 hours later at 09:00 UTC the following morning. (09:00 UTC exactly coincides with the end of the Detective League.) When you go to serve a drink, it will display a time when the drinks reset (next daily special)
I've included a sample image from another team:

@Mary Ciffarelli. Not sure what you would lose, in terms of Club Mysteries rewards, if you were to switch teams? If your current team is not going to complete the event, and you have already claimed your prizes (mid way through rewards, for example) , then nothing to lose. In terms of the Detective League, you would forfeit any DL Ribbons accumulated, those would stay with the team and are not transported to a new team. Otherwise, any other decorations etc are yours already.

In terms of the Club Mysteries event itself: there are three levels of difficulty: easy, med, hard. This go-around, the hard version gotton more difficult in terms of the number of clues needed to complete the event. About 33% more clues than last time.

I stopped playing, due to the pathetic tech support Wooga is providing, but still post to help others. I came from what I consider to be a great team "Coffee Jitters", they meet at 7:00PM EDT, but they are currently full.

Wooga says that they made some changes: increased the rewards for each sector and overall rewards. I agree the rewards were too low, way too low, but that was not the biggest problem. The main issue is that the entire event is a complete money grab. There are only two ways to get badges, which are needed to play. One is through the cafe. Need everyone in the group to spend to put out all five drinks with badge rewards, and that is still not enough badges to play even a single sector once you've gotten in to the game a bit. The only other method is to but badges. 500 costs 160 diamonds. Hmm. Was costing me over 800 badges to play a single sector at 19 badges per play and about 44 plays per a 3phase sector. And to further complicate matters, to hit us with this during week#5 of Detective League. Ugh. Such a great concept totally ruined by Wooga greed!
