Move Kabuto to top left and Sakura to bottom left and kurosutchi to bottom right naruto top right or top middle and u should be good. Make sure you have a decent hit rate

Use Kuriotchi Top Left (the first one)
And Obito or Kabuto bottom left and Obito/Kabuto bottom right
OBS IF you Will have a Kuriotchi in the first place (Top left corner) give her Cursed Seal Of Warth le 5, the NeXT sealer (bottom left corner)Csow level 3 and the last Sealer (bottom right corner) Csow le 1/2

^The tadpole behind him that almost everyone kills and fails to kill 3 tails. I beat him with Kurama Naruto (essential part of the team when I beat him). Kurotsuchi to seal, then Naruto to do the damage, along with a couple others not really important. Kuro, Naruto, Kabuto/Danzo, and Recurrent Eye Obito+ (for the stun skill)
If you do kill the tadpole, make sure you seal him quick and do massive damage. It's hard to recover if you fail

Kurotsuchi and Kabuto is all you need.. Get Kabuto with Lightning God Armour (Passive Skill) as high as you can and put him in the center, with Hanzo anywhere in the back, just don't let him get damaged.
Kurotsuchi Top Left CSoW Level 5, Sasuke in the Middle (or any other tank), and Kabuto in the Top Right with a CSoW Level 3, then Itachi will be sealed for the whole match unless Kabuto misses, then you try again. Other than that, your damage is high enough to destroy Itachi. I finished this one with less than 1 Million Combat Power

So, I finally beat this today after 2 weeks. Try to make Hanzo stronger. His Ninja Damage is godly + His Unique and Active. I'll post a pic of my formation. Slightly the same to yours, but a little change. I was thinking to put Tsunade in earlier, but ended up not doing it because I only have her at her first card, and I'm too lazy to train the fatty. Do as Ian said with their skills. And surviving the attacks was the most important part for me as well, so I understand your struggle. Now then, Let me explain why I have my formation set up as it is.
Kurotsuchi Top Left - Sealer and possible stunning which is way beyond helpful (CSoW Level 5)
Sasuke Top Middle - High dodge w/ his Lightning Armour (Level 82) so he protects Hanzo
Kabuto Top Right - Seal before Deva Pein takes your team out (CSoW Level 5, bloodlines all Sage)
Naruto Bottom Left - Deal massive damage (Varies) with his Unique
Hanzo Bottom Middle - Unique and Active do major damage over and over (CSoW Level 5)
Sakura Bottom Right - Healing Unique and Active (CSoW Level 1 would be beneficial, I didn't use)
Now then, Hanzo behind Sasuke because Sasuke will get hit to some degree but will most likely stay alive to the end. Your first 2 being taken out will most likely be Kurotsuchi and Kabuto at some point, but from there your ninja will be able to tank. Then that should be about it. Good luck, trust me, grind it until you get it. If you can take out 1-2 of the Paths, you'll be able to take out the rest when the time comes (With that exact same formation, just wait for luck to kick in). If they can damage more, it would be helpful. Oh 1 more thing, in total you'll need 3 Cursed Seal of Wrath (CSoW), 1 Level 5 on Kurotsuchi, 1 Level 5 on Hanzo, and 1 Level 3 on Kabuto. And an optional level 1 on Sakura if you want, I find getting a Wrath very annoying, so I didn't get one for Sakura, but it came to my mind.

+PrtScn. The file is saved to the Screenshots folder in your Pictures folder. You can also us the Snipping Tool which is available in all versions of Windows Vista, 7, and 8 except the Starter and Basic editions.
